Access is controlled by the administrator. Tools not assigned to your account will not appear. A password-protected tool can be opened by entering its sharing password if you have not been assigned access.

Report Builder is for administrators. Changes remain drafts until Publish; user rights are assigned from Tool Permissions.
Available reports
Open a tool to create or review reports, subject to your assigned permissions.
Saved Reports
Search report copies by name, reference code and date. Open the report or save the original report as PDF. Only administrators can delete or restore reports.
Report Data
View entered and calculated preview-table values as columns. Select a report type and press Search. Dates and Saved By are optional; no data appears until you search.

Administration
Manage user accounts, select a specific reporting tool to update permissions, and configure shared passwords.
Create user account
Creates a login account directly from this portal. The new user will be assigned the selected role (normally User) and will not have report access until you assign tool permissions.
Change / reset user password
Select an existing account and set a new password. This changes the password immediately.
Select one user and one tool. Only the selected tool's permissions are shown and updated.
Master password works across all tools. Individual tool passwords are optional. A user with assigned view permission does not need a sharing password.
Report activation
Deactivate a report to hide it from every user's dashboard and block new access. Saved Reports and Saved Data remain stored; reactivate at any time. No redeployment is needed after changing a status.

These tools do not appear on the main dashboard. Use Reactivate to restore them with their existing permissions and saved reports.
